Mike is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program at Kootenay Columbia
College of Integrated Health Sciences (KCCIHS) in Nelson. His approach is centered on
achieving long-term results through effective treatments, paired with personalized guidance for
therapeutic homecare.
Mike utilizes a variety of advanced techniques, including myofascial release, proprioceptive
neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), trigger point therapy, and targeted pressure on areas of
tension. His goal is to identify and address the root cause of discomfort through a
comprehensive assessment, fostering improved symmetry and mobility.
