We ask that you take the time to thoroughly complete the Intake Form sent to you with your initial booking, to allow us to be as prepared for your appointment as possible.
Registered Massage Therapy includes a wide variety of treatment approaches: Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, sports, pregnancy, to name a few.
There is a core set of techniques in which all RMTs have been trained, but each RMT at Boulder Mountain uses an individual style and set of techniques which vary in pressure, depth, style, and post-graduate training.

Jude is a Registered Massage Therapist, who graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2018.
Jude is client focused and driven in her approach to treatment.
With a background in outdoor education and recreation she knows the limitations and frustrations associated with injury and will work alongside you to restore function.

Ciera Bokis
RMT
Ciera completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, and is currently back in school doing the 2 year Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy program.
She grew up in Revelstoke and has returned home upon graduation to pursue her career as an RMT.
Ciera uses an intuitive touch and caters each treatment to the individual. She works with a variety of techniques including Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and mild Joint Mobilizations.
Ciera encourages her clients to take some time from their busy lives to reconnect with their bodies. She strives to provide her clients with deep relaxation, and the relief of pain and muscular tension so they can comfortably continue doing the activities that they love.
